All matter in the universe is made up of atoms. How this atom look like is a puzzle to scientists for many years. J.J. Thomson discovered the electron. Rutherfords discovery of Nucleus from his famous Gold foil experiment changed the way we understand matter.
This discovery completed 100 years by this year.
